A WikiName is a word that contains a group of words with spaces removed (and with starting letters of the words capitalized - Camel Case Smashed Together Words), e.g. SystemInfo. WikiNames automatically become hyperlinks to the WikiName's page. Uppercase and lowercase letters are determined by the configuration of the wiki software. The default configuration should work for UTF-8 characters (digits are treated as lowercase characters). (more)

Aza Raskin (born February 1, 1984) is the co-founder of the Center for Humane Technology[1] and of the Earth Species Project.[2] He is also a writer, entrepreneur, inventor, and interface designer.[3][4][5] He is the son of Jef Raskin, a human–computer interface expert who was the initiator of the Macintosh project at Apple. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aza_Raskin (more)

Larry Tesler at PARC devised insights for a modeless word processor from the feedback gathered from a user test with newly-hired Sylvia Adams, where she was asked to ad lib some gestures to correct proofreading marks on the digital text.[5] This test convinced Tesler's manager Bill English of the problems with their previous modal interface... Interface expert Jef Raskin came out strongly against modes, writing, "Modes are a significant source of errors, confusion, unnecessary restrictions, and complexity in interfaces." Later he notes, " 'It is no accident that swearing is denoted by #&%!#$&,' writes my colleague, Dr. James Winter; it is 'what a typewriter used to do when you typed numbers when the Caps Lock was engaged'." Raskin dedicated his book The Humane Interface to describe the principles of a modeless interface for computers. Those principles were implemented in the Canon Cat and Archy systems. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mode_(user_interface)#Modeless
